These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and GDLotto ("GDLotto", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the GDLotto website and all associated gaming products and services accessible atgdlotto.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

• No Duplicate Accounts: You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on GDLotto. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts.
• Not a Self-Excluded Individual: You must not be currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme, either through GDLotto or any other recognised responsible gambling scheme.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You accept responsibility for maintaining up-to-date personal information throughout the lifetime of your account.

To access the Platform's gaming products, you must complete the registration process by providing the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• Valid email address and contact number
• Residential address
• Preferred account currency (MYR by default for Malaysian players)
• Username and secure password of your own choosing

Upon registration, GDLotto may require you to complete a KYC verification process before permitting withdrawals or processing large transactions. Accepted documents for Malaysian players include a valid MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card), Passport, or Driver's Licence, together with a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three (3) months.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. GDLotto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account details. By using the GDLotto Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

GDLotto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT TRC20 and BTC are also accepted.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. As a general guide, e-wallet deposits have a minimum of MYR 20, while bank transfer deposits have a minimum of MYR 50. Current minimums are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposit Processing: E-wallet and FPX deposits are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal Requirements: Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. GDLotto reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request prior to processing.

• Currency: Malaysian player accounts are denominated in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) by default. Currency conversion fees may apply when using payment methods in alternative currencies.

GDLotto offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is communicated clearly within the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus carries an expiry period within which the wagering requirements must be completed. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion details. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

• Modification & Withdrawal of Offers: GDLotto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at GDLotto's sole discretion.
• Employees Excluded: GDLotto employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, and other wagering products on GDLotto. Game-specific rules are also available within each respective product interface.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid and binding once the Platform has confirmed acceptance and issued a transaction reference. Bets placed during a network interruption or system error may be voided at GDLotto's discretion.
• Obvious Errors: GDLotto reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that contained clearly eroneous odds due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. Winings derived from obvious pricing errors will not be paid out.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time system availability. GDLotto does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. Limits are displayed within each market prior to bet placement and may vary by product, market type, and player account level.
• Final Scores & Results: All sports results are determined using data from officially recognised governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, FAM, UEFA, UFC). GDLotto's determination of results based on such data is final.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: In the event an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, GDLotto will apply its standard voiding policy as outlined in the individual Game Rules. Stakes on voided events are generally returned to the player's balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GDLotto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen payment details, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud against GDLotto or other players.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a fictitious one.
• Collusion: Coordinating or conspiring with other players to achieve a betting advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing in sports markets.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets or platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of the promotional or odds structure.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing or legitimising proceeds of criminal activity. GDLotto cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under the age of 21, or facilitating access for any underage individual.
• Automated Interaction: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated software to access or interact with the Platform without written authorisation from GDLotto.
• Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer Platform code, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of GDLotto.

GDLotto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Receipt of a legally binding order from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

In cases of account closure for legitimate non-disciplinary reasons (such as player-requested closure or jurisdiction changes), GDLotto will return any remaining verified balance to the player subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, GDLotto reserves the right to permanently forfeit any remaining balance.

All content on the GDLotto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "GDLotto", logo, visual design, software, game content, written content, images, and data — is the intellectual property of GDLotto or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of GDLotto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GDLotto, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or data feed failures affecting bet placement or settlement.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by banking, payment provider, or regulatory factors outside GDLotto's direct control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers whose content is hosted on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit GDLotto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

GDLotto's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, system records, and account activity shall be treated as final unless demonstrably overturned through the formal dispute process.
